Meet Your Coach
Â
I’ve worked with women in nutrition and fitness since 2019.
My foundation was macro-based nutrition and strength training. For years, I successfully coached women out of chronic under-eating, over-training, and the cycle of doing more while seeing less progress.
And it worked.
As I began working with more women in perimenopause and post-menopause, I started seeing a pattern. The same strategies that once drove results no longer made sense. Macros and exercise alone couldn’t explain persistent fatigue, stalled fat loss, or shifting body composition.
That’s when I knew my clients needed more than tighter targets or more discipline.
I pursued advanced education in functional nutrition and, in 2024, began incorporating comprehensive lab panels into my work — partnering with providers whose focus is functional medicine to better understand what was happening beneath the surface.
Today, my coaching bridges structured nutrition, metabolism support, and functional insight — so women aren’t left guessing when their body changes.
Outside of my work, I’m a wife, a dog mom to three labs — black, yellow, and chocolate (yes, we know that’s a lot) — and the owner of a very confident black cat.
I love the mountains. They’re where Patrick and I met, and they’ve always felt like home.
I still work under my nursing license and don’t see myself giving that up. I enjoy hands-on patient care — but I’ve intentionally stepped back to focus on my clients, continuing education, and doing this work the right way.
Because helping women understand their health, advocate for their body, and stop guessing isn’t something I take lightly.
