I’m a registered nurse and certified macro nutrition coach who works with women after the standard approach stops working.
I’ve coached women through macro tracking, strength training, and body recomposition for years. I know when consistency is the issue — and I know when it’s not.
When progress stalls, I don’t push harder or slash calories. I step back and look at what’s actually going on — metabolism, biofeedback, and, when necessary, lab work.
Because fat loss, energy, and hormone symptoms are signals.
Not failures.
My job is to help you understand those signals and build a plan that works with your body — not against it.
